Carissa Bonham (@CreativeGreenLiving, @CreativeGreenKitchen & @CreativeGreenGarden) Frustrated with her lack of growth on Instagram, Carissa set out to figure out Instagram in early 2016. Using the strategies she implemented, Carissa grew her Instagram following from 2,000 to more than 30,000 in just six months! Because of the way she was managing her accounts, she was able to get the attention of a cookbook editor at Skyhorse Publishing and currently has her first traditionally published cookbook, Beautiful Smoothie Bowls, set to come out in May.
Monica Olivas (@EatRunRepeat) Monica starting blogging seven years ago to document her weight loss journey as she trained for her first marathon. Her instagram account currently has more than 50,000 followers.
Jamie King (@JamieKingFit) Jamie’s inspirational instagram feed focuses on fitness through yoga and running and currently has more than 14,000 followers.
