The past five years has not only seen a growth in the natural products industry, but also a growth in the amount of women in leadership roles in business, politics and other areas of our lives. But how do these women become so successful over others? What are they doing that we can all learn from? From partnerships to strategy and from grit to chutzpah, learn more about how these passionate and successful female entrepreneurs manifested a path to the top. They got there through blood, sweat and tears just like all the men. Gain knowledge about how they started, what types of challenges they faced down, and what makes them tick.
Where do we see women in the future? Well, hopefully in more positions of leadership. But in order to have this become our reality, each one of us needs to decide to encourage and support the other women around us. And I mean not just saying you think it’s cool, but really supporting your sisters in an effort to find a better path forward. Every one of us has a role in teaching the future of America what progress looks like.
