Liz Riffle is the owner of Riffle Farms – American Bison, a small farm nestled in Eastern WV. She is a U.S Navy veteran, a serial entrepreneur since the age of 12, and a registered nurse by trade. Liz has taken her years of military and healthcare management experience into niche farming; add her love for animals and passion for food and you have one tough “head of the herd!”

Liz runs a grass-fed and finished operation currently pursuing Global Animal Partnership humane certification. She is a new mother to 8-month old Jamon and the wife of LCDR Jimmie Riffle who is still serving on active duty in the U.S. Navy as a Nurse Practitioner.
