Unreal Candy is on a mission to “unjunk the world,” and we’re happy to have them at ShiftCon 2015.
Unreal Candy was started by a boy named Nicky, who was trying to prove to his dad that candy wasn’t actually that bad for you. In his research, he discovered quite the opposite: partially hydrogenated oils, corn syrup, artificial colors, flavors, GMOs, chemical preservatives and loads of sugar. He realized that these ingredients weren’t use solely for the taste, but to make the candies last as long as possible on the store shelves. Nicky had a feeling that without all of that junk, candy could taste even better, and with the help of his brother Kris and his Dad, he decided to try it out.
Nicky and Kris’s vision is working! Unreal Candy has reinvented America’s favorite candies, using only the best all-real-food ingredients from around the world. At ShiftCon, we love that Unreal’s ingredients are sustainably sourced and free of GMOs, gluten, soy, corn, excess sugar and artificial flavors, dyes and preservatives.
