Please join us in welcoming Goddess Garden Organics to the ShiftCon 2016 family!
Goddess Garden Organics was founded by husband and wife team, Nova Covington and Paul Halter. The two both grew up in the Pacific Northwest, where they each developed an understanding of the power of nature and a great appreciation for the outdoors. But years later, after successful careers in corporate America, Nova and Paul suddenly became aware of the need for change in the skincare industry. Their eldest daughter, Paige, was allergic to the chemicals found in many conventional health and beauty products. Nova, having an herbalist background, and Paul, having a degree in nutrition science, were inspired to find safer skincare solutions, using pure minerals such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide as the main ingredients for protection against the sun. And there, Goddess Gardens was born.
More info from their website:
“Goddess Garden natural sunscreen protects and nourishes even the most sensitive skin without harsh sunscreen chemicals. In keeping with the care-for-the-people principle, Goddess Garden is committed to customer satisfaction and is always available to listen to customers about their experience with the product.
Goddess Garden was founded on two important principles: helping the planet and helping people safely enjoy the sun. Nova and Paul grew up watching old growth forests in the Pacific Northwest being clear cut and were always saddened by the amount of trash that washed up on even the most remote beaches. This helped inspire them both to do something that would make a difference for the planet.”
The folks at Goddess Garden Organics believe that chemicals don’t only affect us, they affect our ecosystem as well. That is why we’re excited to have them at ShiftCon 2016, showing that skincare can still be effective, while being safe for humans and good for the earth.
