
Stacia Betley believes in using business as a force for positive change and that it is critical to create food not only healthier for people but healthier for the planet. She worked on sustainable strategy in the outdoor gear industry before getting her MBA focused in sustainability and pivoting to the food industry. She is now the Sustainability Integration Manager at Amy’s Kitchen where her focus is to embed sustainability into the organization’s ethos and ways of work and get all 2,700 employees aligned around this. She has a specific focus on sustainable sourcing and accountability frameworks and reporting standards.
