Do you know an influencer who is worthy of some praise? Do you know someone who best represents our niche and what we believe? We have something very special in store for this year during our ShiftCon! ShiftCon is having their second annual ShiftCon Shifters Award Ceremony recognizing influencers, brands and nonprofits that have contributed amazing things to our community. And what we wanted to do was find out from you who you are most proud of. And in order to do that we are asking YOU to nominate your peers for different categories, then the ShiftCon board will meet and determine finalists, and finally a vote on the finalists will determine the winners. And on Saturday, October 3rd during our reception, winners will be announced, recognized and given trophies.

How to Nominate Influencers, Brands and Nonprofits
The deadline for nominations is July 31st. In order to nominate someone scroll down and fill out the widget below. After you sign up, you can share about the nomination process if you so desire. You don’t have to contribute to all the nomination categories, but we hope that you can contribute as much as possible.
Special Rules and Process of Shifters Award Ceremony
In order to ensure this process is sourced from the community, some rules are guiding the process that ensure this is done with fairness. We need to ensure nominations are from real people and voting is done by community members only.
- This process is a nomination of peers, so we encourage nominations by other influencers. You are allowed to nominate yourself for this stage of the process, but voting for yourself is prohibited.
- You are allowed to campaign for nominations, but please be nice because anyone who shows unsportsmanlike behavior will be automatically disqualified.
- You MUST be present at ShiftCon to be a Finalist in the Awards ceremony. If you are not there, you will be automatically disqualified from winning.
- Only attendees with ShiftCon Elite OR Influencer passes will be able to vote on the Finalists and determine the winners. So please make sure you get your ticket before August 1st in order to be qualified to vote.
- The ShiftCon Board will decide the Finalists for each category. Announcements will happen in August.
- Voting will happen in August and September, but results will not be announced till October 3rd during the awards ceremony.
What Do Finalists Receive?
Finalists will be decided upon by the ShiftCon Board and voting will commence in August. All finalists must be attendees at ShiftCon in order to be qualified to win. Finalists will receive the following:
- Free ShiftCon Elite pass (passes will be refunded if you already purchased one)
- Special VIP swag bag from our sponsors
- Promotion on social media by ShiftCon
- Inclusion in a post on ShiftConMedia.com
- Exclusive opportunities with sponsors at the event.
What do Winners Receive?
Winners of the ShiftCon Shifters Award Ceremony will represent the best of our class at ShiftCon. Not only will they receive recognition from their peers, by they will receive a trophy made from sustainable materials, and accolades on ShiftConMedia.com. Winners will also receive the following:
- Special Trophy at the Event
- Pictures on stage accepting your trophy
- Special gift bag from OSC2 and member brands
- Recognition in front of your peers
- Inclusion in special post on ShiftConMedia.com

We are hoping this year will continue a trend of recognizing our peers for what they have done in our space. But it’s important to remember that we have ALL contributed in one way or another.
