Stress is a normal part of life, but it is how we deal with it that can help us, or work against us.
In this talk we are going to describe what stress is, how is affects different parts of our body -especially our hormones, and then provide solutions on how to properly manage it through optimal digestion, diet, and supplements.
Here is a breakdown of what we will cover during our talk:
- Ways in which stress makes us fat!
- Anatomy of stress – what stress is, and how it affects different organs in our body (hormones, digestion, energy, and weight).
- Estrogen Dominance: What it means, how it happens, why we should care, and what we can do about it.
- What our bodies need to heal and mitigate the negative effects of stress, and how to incorporate specific nutrients into our daily lifestyle.
