Chef Dennis Little— Dennis Littley OR “Chef Dennis” as he’s known both at work and across the blogsphere is an Executive Chef, Culinary Instructor, Recipe Developer and most recently an award winning Food Blogger & Photographer. After 25 years of white table cloth restaurants and Executive Dining, he moved into School Foodservice and rather than adapt to cooking school food, taught students the joys of real food.
